Touchwindow ® Real Estate Windows allows to make a store window interactive, allowing passersby to interact with digital content through simple and natural gestures.

It works exactly as a touch screen. By touching the glass outside the shop, users can interact with a true channel of communication open 24/7, 365 days a year.

Touchwindow ® Real Estate Windows is available two versions, LCD and holographic. The LCD version is a touch screen display installed in contact with the window glass that makes interactive the shop window.The holographic version is a particular back projected and touch sensitive film located inside the window. The images appear crispy and clear, even in bright environments.

No device is placed outside the store.

Touchwindow ® Real Estate Windows features a Content Management Software specifically designed for Real Estate Agencies. This complete and customizable software allows to manage and store all properties in a database with restricted access to the Real Estate agency only. The information in the database (backend Clients Area) are sent to the Touchwindow ® Real Estate Windows and are displayed by the software (front end) to allows users to search for properties that match their needs.

The sheets displayed on screen offer description of the buildings, technical features, photos, floor plans, videos and maps to the location. By simply touching the window glass, people walking by can search for a house and see new buildings being built in a completely new way and in complete freedom.

Users may enter inside the agency to request more information about the property they are interested in. Otherwise they can send to their email address all the property details, with photos, detailed description and the Agency contact information. They can also leave the phone number to be contacted by the Agency.

The properties database can be used by potential customers through the Touchwindow ® device; moreover the Agency can use it as an internal database. Buildings are categorized through codes and can be searched using various parameters. The Touchwindow ® system is automatically updated via an internet connection, making content changes or implementations simple and quick.

A complete and detailed statistics report displays the number of searches done from the windows, which properties are requested and displayed, check the research that potential customers do. With this information, Agencies can improve and constantly update their offer and make their business competitive.

Touchwindow ® Real Estate Windows is available in different sizes and with a wide range of accessories for a complete customization.

The Agency, after receiving its username and password, can access the Restricted Area (Clients Area) to manage the content and settings of personal settings.

From the Agency Management section it is possible to load the properties sheets (insert photos, descriptions, floor plans, location, price, etc ...)

In the Data Management section, Agencies can set all the parameters that appear in the search of the window: location, type, price and number of rooms.

Through these parameters, users can define various search criteria to obtain the right results depending on their specific needs.

The Setup section shows a number of general software settings that are fully customizable by the customer. For example, it is possible to set the title of the homepage and other pages, order or rule out certain search parameters (area, price, type, etc ...), enable/disable sections of a property sheet such as Video, Photo Gallery or Mortgage Calculator.

The Clients Area shows the contacts of who requested information from the Touchwindow ® Real Estate Windows.

The information requested from the window by pushing the button "send this card to your email address" in automatically sent to the user and to the Agency. Data are saved in the Contacts Management section and can be review or managed to send further information or promotions.

The windows visualization software is graphically customizable according to the Agency guidelines and on the basis of specific requests or needs.
