Piadina Experience, the first museum in the world dedicated to Piadina, opened its doors to the public on Monday June 27th, after two intense preview days dedicated to institutions, tourism operators and the press, who enthusiastically welcomed the ambitious project of Riccione Piadina, the entrepreneurial and gastronomic excellence of our Romagna region.
The museum was born out of the desire to pay homage to Piadina, a product that first crossed regional borders and then national ones, becoming an emblem of our gastronomic culture abroad, as well as a symbol of hospitality and genuineness that only Romagna can offer.
Piadina Experience is a magical space where history, entrepreneurship and the culture of good food combine with the most advanced technologies in the world of Audio-Video and Interaction Experience, creating an immersive joiurney that gest straight to the heart of visitors.
Il percorso di visita si snoda lungo una ideale linea temporale scandita da exhibit interattivi e projection mapping di forte impatto, supportati da sistemi audio-video immersivi che incorniciano l’ambiente accompagnando i visitatori dentro la storia, dal Neolitico ai giorni nostri.
The tour unfolds along an ideal timeline punctuated by high-impact interactive exhibits and projection mapping, supported by immersive audio-visual systems that frame the environment, accompanying visitors inside history, from the Neolithic to the present day.
In order to realise the Museum according to the Visitor Experience desired by the Customer, we started from the design of the Custumer Journey of the visit itinerary, to which we added the study and creation of a digital and interactive storytelling made of video content, images and sounds, able to intrigue, excite and amaze visitors.
Our consolidated know-how in the design of Integrated Digital Environments has enabled us to implement a hardware and software technological architecture capable of perfectly interacting with the multimedia content, to offer visitors an engaging and immersive User Experience.
The high technological vocation of Piadina Experience is confirmed by the Control and Automation System of the whole museum area, which allows the supervision of the entire digital infrastructure and the continuous monitoring of the equipment by guides and operators, as well as an easy and flexible management of multimedia content.
Having taken part in such an important project for our territory, right in the middle of the reopening and resumption of social life, makes us particularly proud of the final result and we are sure that Piadina Experience is destined to become a point of reference in the discovery of authentic Piadina Romagnola and the unparalleled qualities of our land.
