CHOICE OF VISUALISATION SYSTEMS

 
 

To capture the audience's attention, Visualisation Systems with a strong visual impact, capable of enhancing the immersive experience and user engagement are essential.

The Visualisation Systems we integrate into these environments are Ledwalls, Touchwalls and Videowalls capable of creating unique visualisation experiences. If necessary, we combine or replace more classic visualisation systems with seamless video projection systems on fixed or motorised screens. For a completely customised architecture, tailored to the specific needs of the customer.

CHOICE OF SOUND DIFFUSION SYSTEMS AND AUDIO DEVICES.

 
 

Clarity of sound and intelligibility of speech, for in-person and remote users, are elements of great importance for an optimal User Experience in environments where the attention and involvement of the audience are often key to the success of the event.

We preliminarily conduct acoustic surveys and simulations of the space in which we will operate to obtain reverberation times and percentage of sound absorption. With the data in hand, we choose the correct configuration of the sound system, the best performing audio devices, and a microphone system parameterized to all possible types of use of the environment.

CHOICE OF LIGHTING SYSTEMS AND LIGHT FIXTURES

 
 

In these types of environments, it is important to keep participants' attention and concentration high for an engaging User Experience. Lighting contributes to achieving this goal.

It is essential that all spectators and users have a good view of the environment, and at the same time, lighting should not impede the visibility of display systems. The correct design of a lighting system for Auditoriums, Conference Rooms and Convention Halls, is based on architectural lights, which spread on the walls and ceilings designing and enhancing the spaces, entertainment lighting apparatuses such as spotlights, beam shapers and moving heads, which illuminate specific areas and activities that have to receive more attention at a given time, with a correct light/shadow ratio that produces the feeling of shape, appearance, thickness, depth, character.

INTEGRATION OF AUDIO, VIDEO, LIGHTING DIRECTION

 
 

Large environments such as Auditoriums, Conference Halls and Conference Rooms are characterised by their versatility of use: scalability of functions on one hand, and combined space management on the other, are the two aspects to consider in order to have truly multifunctional spaces that are integrated and interconnected.

We design Audio, Video and Light directions, fixed or mobile, based on the physical spaces available and the way the environment is used.

The AVL equipment can be managed from the direction stations, calling up customised pre-sets based on the customer's needs, distinguished by type of event, sharing mode, content to be displayed.

Through the automation of AVL systems and Over-IP distribution, it is possible to activate Room Combining functions to connect and make interoperable different environments in the same building.

Our Enterprise Digital Workspaces integrate cloud-based video conferencing, streaming and recording solutions that are interoperable with all popular platforms.

Unified Communication & Collaboration equipment integrates within the Room's Audio-Video infrastructure to enable the organization and management of so-called "hybrid" events, with in-person and remote audiences.

Triatic is the Software Platform developed by Touchwindow that contains a suite of tools for the automated management of the entire Audio, Video, Lighting and Environment infrastructure of the Digital Workspaces.
