Tozzi Green entrusted us with digitizing workspaces, to revamp the hall and meeting rooms with new hardware and software solutions suitable for maximizing team sharing and collaboration.
Board Rooms and Large Meeting Rooms provide a more formal environment for meetings of management committees, executive boards and large work teams.
The topics discussed at these meetings are often of strategic importance to the company, which is why the technological infrastructure that makes up these Digital Workplaces must be reliable, exclusive, intuitive and interoperable with the systems already in use by the customer.
Our Large Meeting Room solutions include the use of large-format visualisation systems such as Large Size Displays, Ledwalls or Videowalls, as well as a mobile-mounted return display.
The Video-Soundbar dedicated to videoconferencing is equipped with two 4k cameras, with an optional third camera for counter-fielding, an integrated microphone and additional table or ambient microphones parameterised to the actual room size. The audio system is immersive-directional, allowing easy and immediate interaction of all participants with the active speakers, guaranteeing natural sound and perfect framing.
The Management platform is, for these environments, equipped with all the Unified Communication and Collaboration tools, to guarantee maximum interoperability between in-presence and remote participants and a constant flow of information sharing.
