Digital ecosystems for collaborative workspaces
We design Meeting Rooms that integrate AVC hardware, software and automation solutions to physical environments, dedicated to sharing, collaboration and comparison.
Diagram Group, a leading name in Italy’s digital agriculture management, entrusted Touchwindow with the design and delivery of its Digital Workspace at the company’s Jolanda di Savoia headquarters: a space built to support high-level collaboration while, at the same time, telling the brand’s identity and vision in an immersive, engaging way.
The result is a space where technology and storytelling coexist in balance: a Boardroom that is not just a place to work, but a communication tool in its own right — able to move whoever walks through it as much as it enables strategic decisions.
Diagram Group had a clear goal for its Boardroom: a space that could be, at the same time, a high-performance workplace and a representative space able to move people. The room had to answer two distinct but converging needs, with no compromise on either the operational or the emotional side.
Key functional objectives:
The concept is based on the idea of a solution capable of adapting to different contexts and needs, while maintaining the same interaction and collaboration experience. In Meeting Roomthe space becomes an advanced collaborative environment: the large display and the interactive monitor integrated into the table communicate in real time, allowing all participants to share, annotate and navigate content seamlessly, regardless of where they are.
At Jolanda di Savoia, this solution has been developed around a large multi-touch Led Wall , combined with the interactive monitor integrated into the table. The Led Wall becomes a narrative and interactive surface, while the touch monitor on the table allows users to manage and explore content in greater depth, creating an immersive and engaging experience.
In the Meeting Room in Milan, the same configuration and functionalities are maintained, with the only difference being the replacement of the Led Wall with a 105" display. The display interacts in real time with the monitor integrated into the table, providing the same experience of collaboration, content sharing and navigation within an environment designed around the needs of meetings.
The technology therefore remains the same, while the format of the space and display adapts to the context: a consistent and reconfigurable solution capable of bringing collaboration, interaction and communication together in a single experience.
The visual heart of the room is the 32:9 multi-touch LED Wall, 4.80 x 1.35 m: a large, dynamic surface that doesn’t just display content, but makes it shared and manipulable in real time by everyone in the room. On the table, a 65” Touch Display running TouchViewer software turns the work surface into an active interaction point: thanks to real-time collaboration, content syncs instantly between the table-top monitor and the Led Wall, enabling smooth, natural multi-user navigation. Meetings take on a different rhythm — more participative, closer to a real collaborative experience.
The audio-video system is designed to make sure every voice is heard clearly and every remote presence feels part of the same room. The Yealink videoconferencing system integrates two PTZ cameras — one facing the Led Wall, one for the reverse shot — for full room coverage with automatic speaker tracking. Audio is handled by a Shure ceiling microphone with IntelliMix DSP processing via Shure P300: echo cancellation, noise reduction and automatic mixing across up to 8 channels, for clean conference audio free of interference in any condition.
Content sharing runs on a wireless BYOD/BYOM platform that lets any device — laptop, tablet or smartphone — connect to the room’s systems with no extra apps, natively supporting AirPlay, Miracast and Chromecast. The whole room is governed by Triatic, Touchwindow’s automation platform accessible from a tablet, which manages lighting, blinds, climate and AV devices and lets users select the right meeting-mood — from operational videoconferencing to the experiential tour — with a simple tap.
At the end of installation, testing and commissioning, Touchwindow supported Diagram Group’s team through dedicated training, designed to ensure full autonomy in the day-to-day management of the space: navigating and updating content, controlling the room through Triatic, and remote supervision of the systems.
The contract includes a 36-month warranty with on-site service plus phone and remote support, ensuring operational continuity and rapid intervention whenever needed.
Because a space that gives shape to a company’s vision — and keeps it alive every day in the eyes of those who walk through it — cannot afford interruptions: it has to run continuously, smoothly and reliably.
In the context of an increasingly dynamic working landscape, the needs connected to work spaces are also constantly evolving.
When setting up meeting rooms and newly designed workspaces, the goal is to enhance the environment in which people operate, improving the quality of time spent in at work and fostering interpersonal relationships, both in-person and remotely.
